1. Purpose

MiDiGi is an e-commerce platform for the sale of refurbished Apple products, as well as the purchase of used devices ("Sell your device" programme) and the provision of repair and restoration services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. Refurbished products

Our products are refurbished devices that have undergone an inspection process and, where applicable, component replacement. Each product states its cosmetic grade and functional condition. Images are for reference only. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

4. Orders and payment

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order. Payments are processed through secure payment providers (Stripe); MiDiGi does not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you act as a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Return conditions are detailed in our Return and Warranty Policy.

7. Legal guarantee

8. Device buy-back programme

The initial valuation of your device is an estimate based on the information you provide and is subject to verification after physical inspection. MiDiGi reserves the right to revise or cancel the offer if the actual condition of the device differs from what was declared.

Repair quotes are estimates subject to confirmation after diagnosis. We will inform you of any additional cost before proceeding with the repair.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content (trademarks, logos, text, images and software) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. "Apple", "iPhone", "iPad" and "Mac" are trademarks of Apple Inc.; MiDiGi is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by Apple Inc.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MiDiGi shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
