MiDiGi is a platform for buying, selling and repairing refurbished electronic devices. We aim to extend the useful life of technology by giving clear information about the condition, price and terms that apply to each service.

Refurbished devices

Each device undergoes functional checks before sale. The listing states its cosmetic and functional condition and, where applicable, available information about replaced components. MiDiGi is not affiliated with, authorised by or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Withdrawal and statutory conformity rights

For eligible distance purchases, consumers may return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. This is the statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law and separate from warranty rights.

Every device sold by MiDiGi includes a warranty. The applicable term and coverage are shown in the product listing and order information. This information and any additional commercial warranty do not limit applicable statutory conformity rights.

Repairs and trade-in

For a repair, the quote identifies the service, available replacement-part type and applicable MiDiGi commercial warranty before approval. For a trade-in, the initial offer is subject to inspection and any adjustment is communicated before proceeding.
