Withdrawal, Returns and Legal Guarantee Policy

This policy explains the statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases made by consumers, the return procedure and statutory conformity rights.

1. Withdrawal period and notice

Subject to statutory exceptions, you may withdraw during the 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the product. Before the period expires, send an unambiguous statement with the order number to info@midigi.net. You do not need to give a reason or wait for approval.

2. Returning the product

After giving notice, return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days afterwards. Contact customer service for the authorised address. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Costs and refund

For an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct return cost only when informed before purchase. MiDiGi bears it where the offer says so or the law requires. We refund payments, including the least expensive ordinary delivery option offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notice. For goods, we may withhold the refund until receiving the product or evidence of return.

4. Statutory exceptions

The right does not apply in the cases provided by law, including certain fully performed services after consent, personalised goods, sealed health or hygiene goods once opened and certain digital content begun with the required consent. A refurbished device is not, by itself, an exception.

5. Defective products and statutory conformity

Defective, damaged or non-conforming products are handled under applicable statutory rights, independently of withdrawal. Every device sold by MiDiGi includes a warranty; its applicable term and coverage are shown in the product listing and order information without limiting statutory conformity rights.

6. Model withdrawal form

You may copy and send the following form, but its use is optional:

To MiDiGi, at the address and email shown in the trader information: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [description]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Signature, only for a paper form: [signature]. Date: [date].
